Singapore Terms & Conditions

The below applies only If you purchased your products directly from Games & Animation Collectibles (online or retail) and your located in Singapore, for international customers do refer to International T&C.

Cancellation

  • All prices are quoted in SGD (Singapore Dollar), unless otherwise stated.
  • Any form of product cancellation will result deposit forfeited once order has been placed unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders received for your PRE ORDER or IN STOCK items are NON REFUNDABLE, NON CANCELLABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE to other purchases.
  • Deposits are only refundable or transferable to another product if Games & Animation Collectibles cancels your order.
  • No returns policy. All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products.
  • By proceeding with this order, you have deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms. 

 

Delivery

  • Games & Animation Collectibles will deliver or allow collection of the orders only to the original buyer. Proxies or representatives will not be entertained.
  • Collection of orders will be at our warehouse location, 3 Gambas Crescent Nordcom 1 #09-16, Monday to Friday: 10am – 6pm (Kindly inform us 1 hour in advance)
  • For Delivery, there are 2 options to choose from where there will be free delivery but based on our in house driver schedule and $30 SGD delivery fee where we cater your specific time & date for delivery.
  • Customers are expected to complete their orders within 2 weeks upon notification by Games & Animation Collectibles.
  • If we do not hear from the customer, a reminder via whatsapp or email will be send out few days before cut off date. Failure to response or pay up within given time frame will be deemed as product cancellation and deposit forfeited.
  • Final release date of this product is subject to delays by manufacture or quality factors.
  • No returns policy. All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products.
  • By proceeding with this order, you have deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms. 

 

Damaged Products

  • Limited Warranty of 7 days from date of collection against missing parts or defects. Limited Warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • To obtain warranty service, you must contact us within the Limited Warranty period with photo proof of the issue. G.A.C will review and provide the ideal solution.
  • If any item is damaged in transit we will first seek to replace the item at no cost to the customer. If there are no replacements, the customer can select one of these two options:
    • Return the damaged item and receive an 70% refund.
    • Have the item professionally repaired at no extra cost to the buyer.
  • As with all hand crafted products, no two pieces of products are exactly the same; there are bound to be slight differences or minor imperfections (defined as non-visible in normal usage or viewing conditions).  Serious defects are defined as;
    • Obvious visible cracks, chips, paint scratches (From a distance)
    • Missing parts or pieces

 

Lost orders

  • If your order is lost during transit, a full refund will be return to the customer.
  • if the customer wishes to have the lost item GAC provide an replacement based on our inventory availability.

 

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time by posting changes on this site. Your continued use of the resources on this site after changes are posted constitute your acceptance of this policy as modified by the posted changes. Your acceptance of this privacy policy.
