International Terms & Condition

The below applies only If you purchased your products directly from Games & Animation Collectibles (online or retail) and your located outside of Singapore, for Singapore customers do refer to Singapore T&C.

For International buyers, shipping cost is NOT included in the product price.

Cancellation

  • All prices are quoted in SGD (Singapore Dollar), unless otherwise stated.
  • Any form of product cancellation will result deposit (40%) forfeited once order has been placed unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders received for your PRE ORDER or IN STOCK items are NON REFUNDABLE, NON CANCELLABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE to other purchases.
  • Deposits are only refundable or transferable to another product if Games & Animation Collectibles cancels your order.
  • Games & Animation Collectibles will ship the products only to the original buyer. Proxies or representatives will not be entertained.
  • Final release date of this product is subject to delays by manufacture or quality factors.
  • Customers are expected to collect or have their orders delivered and complete any balance payment remaining within 2 weeks upon notification by Games & Animation Collectibles.
  • If we do not hear from the customer, a reminder via email will be send out few days before cut off date. Failure to response or pay up within given time frame will be deemed as product cancellation and deposit (40%) forfeited.
  • No returns policy. All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products.
  • By proceeding with this order, you have deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms.

 

Shipping & Custom Tax

  • Cost of shipping will be email to our international customers with an payable payment invoice.
  • Only customers who have had the product purchased are allowed to pay for the shipping fees. 
  • Shipping prices are all set and obtain from various shipping companies. E.G: DHL, FEDEX, Singpost, UPS, etc….
  • Customers who have own private personal account with any shipping company can seek to make arrangement with us to have it send to via your account instead.
  • G.A.C do not determine or set the shipping prices to your country, shipping prices are determine by shipping companies rates which is calculated out by product parcel size & weight.
  • Before buying, customer should check and confirm whether Games & Animation Collectibles product is allowed to be sold and shipped to their mailing address.
  • No freight forwarder or PO Box addresses will be entertained. Games & Animation Collectibles reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any orders whose shipping address are not compliant within our delivery terms.
  • Custom Tax & VAT are based off individual customer country law, G.A.C will not be held liable for any custom tax or vat charged to customer upon receival of parcel.
  • Customer are advised to check with local authority in regards to this matter before any purchase.

Damaged Products

  • Limited Warranty of 7 days from date of receiving against missing parts or defects. Limited Warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • To obtain warranty service, you must contact us within the Limited Warranty period with photo proof of the issue & condition of the package upon arrival. G.A.C will review and provide the ideal solution.
  • If any item is damaged in transit we will first seek to replace the item at no cost to the customer. If there are no replacements, the customer can select one of these two options:
    • Return the damaged item and receive an 100% refund (return shipping cost bear by sender).
    • Have the item professionally repaired at no extra cost to the buyer (return shipping cost bear by sender).
  • As with all hand crafted products, no two pieces of products are exactly the same; there are bound to be slight differences or minor imperfections (defined as non-visible in normal usage or viewing conditions).  Serious defects are defined as;
    • Obvious visible cracks, chips, paint scratches (From a distance)
    • Missing parts or pieces

 

Lost orders

  • If your order is lost during transit, a full refund will be return to the customer.
  • If the customer wishes to have the lost item GAC provide an replacement based on our inventory availability.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time by posting changes on this site.
